Account Questions

Can I order a custom size canvas?
No. Our canvas prints are currently available in 5 sizes: 8" x 12", 12" x 12", 12" x 16", 16" x 24", 24" x 36".
Are adhesives included when I order canvas prints?
No. While both our foam-framed and wood-framed canvas prints do come with built-in hangers, they do not include adhesives. However, you can purchase Command™ Strips separately.

General Questions

Do you have any tips to get the best print?
We recommend uploading high-resolution photos for your canvas. High-res photos will give you the sharpest prints possible. Also, don’t forget to match the shape of your upload to the shape of your canvas to avoid any white margins.
Can I crop my photo to best fit the photo canvas?
Yes. You’ll be able to crop your photo and preview it in layout. If you’re using a rectangular photo for a square canvas, you’ll likely need to make some image layout adjustments to prevent white margins. (Need help? Just give us a call.)
How can I make sure that my photo is well positioned on the sides of the canvas print?
Once you upload your photo, you'll be able to preview your custom canvas print and inspect the design from all sides – including the wrap – before placing your order.

Popular Questions

What’s the difference between a horizontal and vertical orientation?
A canvas print with a horizontal orientation, also known as a landscape orientation, is wider than it is tall. A canvas print with a vertical orientation, or portrait orientation, is taller than it is wide. With the exception of the 12” x 12” square print, all our canvas sizes are available in vertical or horizontal orientations. For example, if you select a size of 12” x 16”, your canvas print will have a height of 12” and a width of 16”, which gives it a horizontal orientation. However, you can change it to a vertical orientation, with a size of 16” x 12”. That means it will have a height of 16” and a width of 12”.

Shipping Questionts

My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?
If the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please Contact us and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
What if my package is returned to the sender?
If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility, please Contact us and we’ll reship your order free of charge.
My package was supposed to arrive today, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
Packages are delivered by 8pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 8pm you can view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. You can also contact us at any time, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Do you ship to APOs and MPOs?
Right now we can’t, but we’re looking into how we can ship to military addresses.
Do you ship internationally? Which countries do you deliver to?
Yes, international shipping is available to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Please note that some products may not qualify for international shipping.
Can I arrange for my own shipping provider / courier to deliver my order?
We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special shipping requests
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within the US
Are your shipping times guaranteed?
When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the promised arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time and you’re not satisfied, neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.
